In early March, a large cyclone made landfall on the Gold Coast, bringing with it significant challenges for Surfers Paradise and the broader Queensland region. In the weeks since, the team at the Pacific Airshow has been working with local authorities and partners to support recovery efforts and ensure the rectification of the event space on the beach.

The airshows full performer list is still yet to be announced but spectators can expect numerous flying displays from fast jets and large military aircraft to impressive formations and vintage planes. Previous shows have included F-22s, F-18s, V-22s, a 13-ship formation and many, many, more.

Unlike most airshows, the Pacific Airshow takes place on the beachfront, with over 1.5 kilometres of Surfers Paradise for guests to spread out and enjoy a day at the beach while watching spectacular aviation displays all day long.

The work has caused a delay to sale of tickets for the 2025 airshow, however, tickets for the Pacific Airshow Gold Coast will officially go on sale Wednesday, 30 April at 11AM AEST and for PA newsletter subscribers, an Presale will begin Tuesday, 29 April at 10AM AEST.

Both 2023 and 2024 were sell out airshows with more than 250,000 guests and incredible displays throughout all three days of each event so we can’t wait for yet another unforgettable Pacific Airshow Gold Coast this August.
